These terms govern your use of CourtLive, a live scoring and broadcasting service for racket sports operated by LL Sports ("we", "us"), available at courtlive.tv and app.courtlive.tv and via the CourtLive apps. By using CourtLive you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
CourtLive lets you set up matches, score them, share a live link, and — with a Pro subscription — broadcast live video. Scoring and score-sharing are free. Some features (including live video broadcasting and rewatch) may require a paid plan. We may change, add or remove features over time.
You can use much of CourtLive without an account. If you create one, keep your credentials secure and provide accurate information. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 to create an account.
You are responsible for the content you create, score, chat, upload or broadcast. By broadcasting a match you confirm that:
You keep ownership of your content. You grant us a licence to host, process, transmit and display it as needed to provide the service (for example, delivering your live stream and recording to viewers).
Don't use CourtLive to: broadcast or post unlawful, harassing, hateful or infringing content; film people without the required consent; attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service; or misuse chat (spam, abuse). We may moderate content, and suspend or remove access for breaches.
Paid plans (e.g. CourtLive Pro) and their pricing are shown at the point of purchase. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to those stores' terms, and refunds are handled according to their policies. Streaming usage may be subject to fair-use limits, which we'll make clear.
We work to keep CourtLive running but provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties. Live streaming depends on your device, network and third-party providers, and may be delayed or interrupted.
To the extent permitted by law, LL Sports is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content you or others broadcast or post. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including under Swedish and EU consumer law).
You can stop using CourtLive at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or misuse the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll update the date above and, for significant changes, provide clearer notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
