Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data CourtLive ("CourtLive", "we", "us") collects, why, and your rights. CourtLive is a live scoring and broadcasting service for racket sports, operated by LL Sports and available at courtlive.tv (and courtlive.se), with the app at app.courtlive.tv.

1. What we collect

Depending on how you use CourtLive, we may process:

• Account data — your email address and password (passwords are stored hashed by our authentication provider), or, if you sign in with Google, your email, name and profile picture.
• Match data — player names, country, tournament and court you enter, point-by-point scoring, statistics, and any match photo you upload.
• Live video — if you broadcast a match, the live video and its recording are processed and stored by our video provider (see §4). Anyone with the link can watch while it is live.
• Chat — the display name and messages you post in a match chat. Chat is public to anyone viewing that match.
• Feedback — any message you send us, plus (optionally) your email and basic technical context (which screen, browser/device) to help us respond.
• On your device — we store small items in your browser/app storage (your match list, chat display name, theme choice, and your broadcast-consent acknowledgement). These stay on your device.
• Viewer counts — an anonymous, real-time count of current viewers on a broadcast. We do not identify individual viewers.

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

2. How we use it

• To run the service: create and score matches, deliver live scoreboards, chat and video to viewers, and save your history if you have an account.
• To secure the service and prevent abuse (e.g. chat rate-limiting and moderation).
• To respond to feedback and support requests.
• To operate paid features (e.g. verifying a Pro entitlement before enabling live video).

Legal bases (GDPR): performance of a contract (providing the service you request), our legitimate interests (security, improving the product), and your consent (e.g. broadcasting video of identifiable people, optional account creation). You can withdraw consent at any time.

3. Filming people, and children

When you broadcast a match you are filming identifiable people. Before you go live, the app asks you to confirm that you have the necessary permission from those filmed. If any player is under 18, you must have a parent's or guardian's consent before broadcasting. You are responsible for having that permission and for respecting any venue or tournament rules on filming.

CourtLive is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly create accounts for people under 16. If you believe a child's data has been shared through CourtLive without proper consent, contact us and we will remove it promptly.

4. Who we share data with (processors)

We use trusted providers to run CourtLive. They process data on our behalf under data-processing terms:

• Supabase — database, authentication and file storage (EU region).
• api.video — live video streaming and recording, when you broadcast.
• Vercel — website and app hosting/delivery.
• Google — only if you choose "Continue with Google" to sign in.

Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where that happens, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your personal data.

5. How long we keep it

• Account & matches — kept while your account is active; deleted on request.
• Live recordings — retained by our video provider so you can rewatch; you can ask us to delete a recording.
• Chat & feedback — kept to operate and improve the service; removed on request where feasible.
• Guest matches — matches created without an account are stored so viewers can watch; the private scorer key stays on the creating device.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal data, and object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email info@naturshopen.se. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority — in Sweden, the Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).

7. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS, access to match data is controlled by database row-level security, private scorer keys are never exposed to viewers, and administrative data is restricted to authorised accounts. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. We'll change the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes we'll provide clearer notice.
